”In fall of 2007 Lifeblood (the Memphis area’s community blood center) engaged Ethridge & Associates to conduct quantitative community research to identify target audience segments and recommend effective messaging. We were looking for both strategic direction and specific tactical recommendations based on an analysis of existing and prospective donors in our service area. . . . In this project we worked directly with Steve Ethridge . . . to identify research goals and objectives, define the audience segments, develop a questionnaire and then report the results to a volunteer committee that included board members and community stakeholders. . . . Lifeblood was able to identify audience segments and to match messaging specifically to these segments.
